執(zhí)行層則主要是負(fù)責(zé)實際操作和任務(wù)落地的崗位，如生產(chǎn)、服務(wù)、銷售等，他們在公司內(nèi)部扮演著最基層的角色，也是企業(yè)獲得利潤和價值的執(zhí)行者。
